Situated in the commercial hub of Downtown Dubai, Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 is one of the twin towers part of the Boulevard Plaza complex, developed by Emaar Properties. Designed by Aedas Architects, the tower has a pointed arch, its exterior is made of a glass cladding system that comes with multiple advantages including privacy and thermal insulation. The tower is located next to Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.

Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 is located close to two main highways; Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. It is situated next to Burj Khalifa and is within walking distance to the closest bus station and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station. The Fashion Parking of Dubai Mall is located right next to the tower, which makes it connected to this famous shopping destination.
